1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that during the jewelry-making workshop, I may use or be near small tools, metal clay, and a kiln (primarily handled by the instructor). I recognize that participation involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, allergic reactions, or other injuries.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this activity.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Studio Bubby or any of the instructors, the venue, and any assistants or partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the workshop and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect my safety.

4. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to Studio Bubby to take photographs or videos during the workshop and to use these images on social media, websites, or promotional materials.
